Hi all,

I uninstalled AOS and created new AOS on my server system. But the client on client systems is same as before.WhenI open AX 2012 configuration, I am getting below error

have you uninstall client on client system and install again ?

is the name of your New AOS matching with name of AOS in client configuration?

No different name.... even we are unable to uninstall client.... getting below error..

change name of AOS as per new AOS

Unable to open client configuration, throwing an error, that only asked as the question..

I am not sure what you are using to access AX

is that rich client or Remote App or Citrix App?

can you try by changing values in registry, in case if you are using rich client

I believe that Sohaib meant AX configuration utility. None of your errors is about it - the first one is about AX client, the other one probably about AX installer.

If you want to try what Sohaib suggested, run the AX configuration utility.
