Cascading (Picklist) For Queue Selection- Maintain Parent Selections for Reporting

Hey I am working on getting the queue selection to let me use a cascading format for selection. IE

I want to move this ticket into the Mustang GT queue:

Cars>Ford>Mustang>GT

We are trying to maintain the hierarchy data for reporting. It seems this is not an easy thing to setup.
