Hi,
You can automatically download image in outlook.
Pleaser refer to the following steps in outlook.
yeah the box only shows up in Outlook. Not in Gmail. I understand that outlook automatically doesn't download any images and instead puts up this box and the 'click to download any images' prompt. However we have no images in our email so there should be nothing for outlook to block/prompt to download.
Hi,
I find something similar with it.
It is from outlook not the marketing email message.
And this is indeed an unshown image.
Will this affect your email?
Maybe you can try to change a email(not outlook) to receive the message for testing this problem.
I don't know what the text is either nothing shows up when I hover over it. when I right click and save as image I get the following image
when I click the 'click here to download pictures' button the little box disappears but shouldn't be there in the first place as I have no images in my emails.
Hi,
I noticed that there are two letters next to the red x. What are they?
It shows the error message here, please check it.
Can you provide some screenshots about your email message?
No I have no images in my email. In the email in Marketing it shows nothing there. I want nothing there.
Hi,
Should the box with the red X have been a image?
If yes, please refer to the following link. It has something to do with registry.
Pictures cannot be shown but shown as red X - Outlook | Microsoft Learn
By the way, you can try to open the web of outlook and check the email.
