CRM 2011 On-Premise: Cannot find "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service"

Hello

We have a CRM 2011 On-Premise system. I was going to restart the CRM Async service but weirdly enough I am not able to find the below services.

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Processing Service (maintenance)

Can anyone advise me what has happened and what I should do please?

    I can't make out the service names from the image, but the obvious thing to check is that you're looking at the correct server. If you've multiple CRM servers, these services are on the Back End Server(s)

    Hi David

    Thanks for your reply. If you click the image it will zoom in for you. The services are arranged alphabetically, the only CRM related services that I can see in this server are

    - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sandbox Processing Service

    - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Unzip Service

    I am not experienced in servers I have a question now. How do I check if the CRM is on multiple servers?

    Hi

    Please open the Deployment manager and click the Servers.

    You would be able to find out all the servers running the services (front, backend server roles)

    Thanks for the reply. There are no multiple servers. So I am not able to figure out why my Asynchronous Processing Service is missing in this server.

    Hello

    I have still not figured out where the CRM Asynchronous Service is, I am bit stuck as I have to restart this service now to access CRM.

    Any help will be appreciated a lot!
