ReportThe map data visualization on the Dynamics 365 Remote Assist Calls Dashboard is now disabled for customers in European Union (EU) environments as part of Microsoft's EU data boundaries initiative.
This dashboard requires data to flow out of your organization’s compliance and geography boundaries. The feature is non-regional and uses mapping capabilities that operate outside your tenant’s geographic region, including processing and storage of data in the United States. Users will see the error message:
"Map and filled map visuals aren't enabled for your org. Contact your tenant admin to fix this. See details."
Enabling the Use Azure Maps visual setting for an EU tenant will not enable the map data visualization. This error message will be updated in a future release to be more clear. There is no workaround at the current time.

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist calling, and call logging are not affected by this issue.
