Posted on by 20

Is there a way to save a copy of printed to checks as a PDF?  We have a need to show auditors the actual check we printed.

Most of the reports are available to be printed in PDF, e.g. refer to How to: View and Print Reports (msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh879046(v=nav.90).aspx ).

You can also print those checks afterwards e.g. once per month by scheduling it to run - e.g., like in this How to: Schedule a Report to Run (msdn.microsoft.com/.../dn757302(v=nav.80).aspx )

Alternately, you can print your checks to PDF first (instead of printing to your printer), and then printing from the PDF (in Adobe Acrobat or something similar) to your printer.

I hope this helps. If my response has answered your question, please verify by clicking Yes next to "Did this answer your question?"

    Jason,

You can use the Reprint Check option in the report options and select PDF option from the report.
