server error in '/' application - User cannot access the Dynamics CRM Workspace

Hi, 

Ive added a user to the enviornment and given them the necessary security group needed and they are not able to get access. I also tested out different roles and they still do not work but link works for me. 

this is the error that keeps coming up.
