Custom entities do not show in connection search

Hi all

So I added two new entities to our Dynamics CRM. When I want to create new connection to these entities they do not appear in the "category view" to search an entry. Also the data does not appear when searched for the name or description. Does anyone know why?

Hi,

You should select Connection checkbox on Entity under settings->CUstomization->Custimze the system->Entity->Select Custom Entity->Tick COnnection save and publish your changes.

Hi, thanks a lot. This has already been done when the custom entity was created but the problem is still existing...

Hi Yannick,

Please check whether these custom entities are selected in the app designer.

Go to Advanced Settings > Apps, open the app in the designer.

Click Entities, search the custom entities and select them.

Finally save and publish.
