Extremely delay in the completion of sending emails to the total number of contacts by using customer journeys.

Hello, 

It seems that by using Outbound Marketing in Microsoft dynamics 365 marketing a marketing email needs about 1+ hour to be received by the total number of users/contacts (let's say 50k+ contacts). Which cause this delay? Is there any way to send marketing emails to the total number of contacts massively in the exact time we want (i.e 10am in the morning) ?

Should we make other changes in the account/ time zone in the set up of marketing emails / segments/ journeys etc?

Please advice on how to handle the above.

    Hi partner,

    There doesn't seem to be an exact time as to when customers receive marketing emails.

    The following link is an answer from a Microsoft engineer.

    The time zone is used to control the start time of the journey. You can set the start time of the customer journey to 10 am, but it does not guarantee that each contact will receive the email at the same time.
