It seems that by using Outbound Marketing in Microsoft dynamics 365 marketing a marketing email needs about 1+ hour to be received by the total number of users/contacts (let's say 50k+ contacts). Which cause this delay? Is there any way to send marketing emails to the total number of contacts massively in the exact time we want (i.e 10am in the morning) ?
Should we make other changes in the account/ time zone in the set up of marketing emails / segments/ journeys etc?
Please advice on how to handle the above.
