Gathering data in an efficient, scalable manner is critical to making important decisions, especially when it comes to ensuring success and support for community health workers. DAI deployed surveys from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice to capture feedback on the Women for Health program across six states and 7,700 square miles while making a lasting difference in the world by helping people improve their lives.
