In this session we will review the options available for the integration of Dynamics 365 Asset Management and Field Service for the Maintenance and Management of Field Assets. We will discuss the standard integration points that are already provided between Asset Management and Field Service through the Dual Write functionality, and also how to build custom Dual Write integrations for some of the additional Asset Management entities that are not available with the standard integration solution. We will also explore how to create additional integration points using Virtual Entities, and the Power Automate to send work orders from Asset Management to Field Service, and also updating the work order journals from the Field Service transactions.
