Microsoft Dynamics GP March 2022 Hotfix Now Available

Spring is in the air in ND and I'm loving it!!       

With the Microsoft Dynamics GP Human Resource and Payroll Suite Announcement back in November, we have released a NEW DVD for any new customers.  There is also an MSP (service pack/hotfix) drop for March (KB4576811 Version 18.4.1436).  The only changes in this update are related to versions of the Microsoft Dynamics GP Human Resource and Payroll Suite.

The Human Resources and Payroll Suite consists of 4 modules that provide existing functionality to Microsoft Dynamics GP installation:
(The March 2022 DVD release no longer has these products part of the install, if you still need them, please use an older DVD image from the product download page)

Payroll Extensions - (Deduction in Arrears, Payroll Integration to Payables and Overtime Rate Manager)
Advanced Payroll
Advanced Human Resource
PTO Manager

Effective March 2022, the above listed modules will no longer be offered by Microsoft and all associated SKUs will be removed from the Microsoft Dynamics GP price lists including the Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA). 

Existing customers who have already licenses to the functionality will be able to continue to use the product and receive support from Microsoft, but Microsoft will cease providing support for this functionality in March 2023.

Integrity Data, the owner of Human Resource and Payroll Suite (above listed modules), will take responsibility for improving and selling the product going forward. New or existing customers who wish to purchase Integrity Data’s Human Resource and Payroll Suite may purchase it directly from Integrity Data.

The Microsoft HRP Suite and the new Integrity Data version of this Suite will have the same product ID's which are the following:

--1911: HRM Solution Series
--4522: Payroll Integration to Payable
--4933: Certification Manager
--4955: Employee Health & Wellness

When you are ready to install the Integrity Data version of this product it is best to use Add/Remove Programs to properly remove the version you currently have.

Once you upgrade if you receive an error message such as:

Cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded, this could be due to you still have security to an OEM window and need to set security to the core GP window vs the other dictionary if it is no longer installed.

By following the above steps, the transition will be easy peasy...promise!!
