Cannot Assign Lot No. in Item Tracking Lines in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013

Hi there,

I met an issue that user cannot press on Assign Lot No. in Item Tracking Lines then prompt an error message: "The operation could not complete because a record in the No. Series Line table was locked by another user. Please retry the activity.". Why this error occurred? Anybody meet this issue and how to solve it?
