Notification has been released for Swachh Bharat cess to be added with Service tax. so can anyone tell me that the swachh Bharat cess amount will be shown in new GL Account or in the Same Service Tax GL Account but in separate field like eCess and SHE Cess.
Its still not clear. Also can we take credit of the same is still not known.
SBCess has to be posted in separate GL and non-creditable. But unable to do the same configuration in NAV.
Do you have any idea of how to configure this?
Yes the SBCess has to be in diff G/L & non-creditable. SBC will also be applicable on services taxed on a reverse charge basis. Cenvat credit of SBC cannot be availed, and SBC cannot be paid by utilizing credit of any other duty or tax. Accordingly, this is a cost for the business. In case of reverse charge transactions, SBC liability will be determined when the consideration for the service has been paid to the service provider post 15 November 2015.
Anyone has done development on this?
you cannot configure this without development i guess. No patch from MS?
Thanks for your reply. I know that I have to do some development to configure the same.
Still no patch from MS side.
can you share how you planning to develop this?
Any updates on this SBC? Will MS give Hot-fix?
