Hi All,Using NAV 2009 R2 facing issue in WebServices ie.,Able to view the web service URL in the browser when WebServicesUseNTLMAuthentication is false in the CustomSetting config file.Attached login issue occurs in the browser when WebServicesUseNTLMAuthentication is set to True in CustomSetting config file.and also checked with IP Address and followed the below link: blogs.msdn.com/.../connecting-to-nav-web-services-from.aspx
What could be the root cause for this issue.

Make sure the service user account which is running NAV Web Services has SUPER user permissions or proper permissions.
Yes, all permissions are in SUPER Role.
