I am having an issue when I try to open RTC. It will show all the companies that I have. When select the company and continue, I am getting bellow error.
In my server, NAV service is running, and I can properly log into RTC. Client PC has connected to network through wifi.
The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error.
Have you ever got this kind of error before ?
What does event log say about that? What is your authentication method? Do you use web or native client?
I am using Windows authentication. This is first time I got this kind of error. Is it related to network ? I am using RTC, not Web Client. There is nothing hit on event log., That is the another problem.
Do you have a possibility to log in from your server with client's credentials and/or at client's place with your credentials, just for the troubleshooting purposes? Then we can learn more if it is a connectivity issue.
Yes from service, it is working, But in client PC, it is showing me to select companies , but when I select and continue error will get,but sometimes it works when try few times
Please check whether you are connected to correct network.
This error will come some times you are connected to another VPN. (Client PC)
