My client is a landscape construction maintenance business. A maintenance job incorporates installing new plants, providing maintenance service over a contract period. Currently they use the jobs module for the tasks. Would the service management module be a good solution?
The Service Module is designed to manage services after the actual sale.
I.e. when you sell an industry refrigerator, you could manage regular service visits and service engineers with the Service Module.
In your example, the mainenance service could be managed using Service Orders.
