My company is using on-premise Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015, CU12
Usually users are connecting through RTC software installed to their PC.
We do not give administrative rights for users, installation is done by IT admin only.
But with recent Windows 11 revisions, mainly 1803 and 1809, some users with new Lenovo laptops are suffering issue, either:
- RTC client shutdown/crash its own after certain time usage
- RTC client cannot start at all
Affected Windows 10 laptop model are, Lenovo L380 & L390 & T470s
Does anybody experience similar problems?
