I am trying to set up Microsoft Navision 2018 (currently using 2008) and I have an issue with fixed assets when trying to book depreciation.
Does anyone know if it is possible to set up an automatic posting for this? It should be as a control, so I cannot go into the ledger and change the amount as I see fit. Could I use background posting for this?
I hope that one of you can help.
Have a lovely day.
Thank you for posting on the Forum.
Unfortunately, there is no standard functionality to elect to automatically post Depreciation, so this would have to be customized either through Extension or Development change depending upon the Version of Business Central or Dynamics NAV..
