I am getting intermittent error ("Run-time error '3711': Operation cannot be performed while executing asynchronously") when clicking on Add Item in Purchase Order. It only happens on computers updated to Windows 10 2018 April update. Other machines are running fine. My SQL server has plenty of RAM assigned.

Hi! We've had that 3711 errors from time to time with a few customers. It appears to be a Microsoft issue so you may want to roll back the computers that had the Win 10 2018 April update to see if that corrects the issue.

Yeah - Win 10 has been somewhat unfriendly with RMS - we seem to get everything running smoothly and then a Win 10 update comes around and creates new issues. With RMS only having 2-3 years of support left - this has been one of those "compelling reasons" to look at the RMS replacement programs like Retail Management Hero or Cloud Retailer.
Hi Thomasz, for me I had the same issue, my database was on server and when I was using RMS with RDP on server I didn't have any issue. But when I was using RMS on my office desktop PC on network, I often have those issues. So I just deactivate my antivirus to test and no more issue. So I add my server IP address firewall rule to allow traffic without analyze.
