I am trying to upgrade my database from 2.05->2.06 after applying patches. It upgraded find in HQ admin but in Store Ops Admin it is telling me I have to settle the batch first... the batch is already settled but I can't continue. Help?
You have open batch for each register ever created. Look for one at the top on the Batch list in the Journal view and close it. You may have to change the Register number in Admin to fix this.
Else you will need to go into the database directly and fix it there.
When I close the open batches it automatically opens a new one ... my journal always has open batches.
