I am getting error while activating CLOUD POS,while trying to RUN(F5) CLOUDPOS Project from C:\RetailSDK\POS Folder in my One box Development environment(vhd file).
Where I can find the issue for above error,

My One BOX vm is not configured with Commerce Scale Unit .
As I can see below checklist
For your one BOX ENV, you also can use this URL to test the Retail server health. You can run it from your ONE BOX ENV.
If you still can't active the POS, I suggest you log a new service request to double check it with Microsoft retail support team.
1.retail Heath check up is fine
2.Retail server event log from Windows event view: is blank(no logs)

where can I raise the Request for One Box Installation for Retail?
Is the OneBox ENV can find from LCS?
I downloaded VHD files from LCS and installed VM in my personal Laptop.
