I've created a guide and when trying to anchor it to my environment it just keeps staying in scanning mode.
I have verified that my QR code meets all the requirements outlined and it just doesn't seem to get recognized.
I've opened D365 Guides on my Device, I open the Guide that I would like to anchor as an operator, then see the "scanning" message and outline to align my physical QR code with. Nothing happens when aligned and I have tried moving in and out, the green squares match my physical print out exactly.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
Can you check to make sure that you've granted Guide permissions to the camera on the device via settings.
