Hi Folk, I created a personal view (task entity). The view apperas in the view list and shows the expected data in the desktop version. In the app as well as in the sales hub the view appears in the view list too BUT it shows no data and comes around with an error without information on the cause.
Just a wild guess - is there some sort of global filter or date range applied? Hub always comes with predefined date range.
Great guess, unfortunately the view is not part of a dashboard. It seem that some rights are not given in the app(s). Are there some settings which unfluences different rights.
One hint: In the admin role I'm able to access the results in the view in the app(s).
Hi Folk, little update on this. We opened a ticket at MS. We just make some personal views on activity and select the type task with our filters. That workaround works fine for the moment.
