we have the following problem with our system:
Often is not able to see the timeline and an error is shown. It happens with some Leads. Is there a way to fix that?
Could you provide a screenshot of the error?
Please also provide if there is a log.
Be careful to hide the privacy information in the screenshot and log.
Sounds like i have a similar issue. This is the timeline on an Account record. Related records (contacts) seem to have this issue too.
Some (but not all) records display this instead of the real timeline. I am a System Admin so i don't think security role preferences is the issue
I am using Firefox but i have seen another user see the same with Chrome.
Unified Interface has the issue, the old web client timeline still works.
Let me know if you need any more info.
Please provide the region and version of your D365, as well as the browser you are using and its version.
Also, is it useful to clear the browser cache?
Australian Region. Using Firefox but have seen the same issue in Chrome on another user.
I've tried both a hard refresh and clearing the cache. Neither resolved the issue
This is actually a known issue that Microsoft is fixing. It will come online with the latest update.
For the Australian region, this update will be updated by October 11th at the latest.

Would you know when this update was applied to North America/which update it was in?
We're on server version 9.1.0000.11732.
A user reported this timeline error this morning ("An unexpected error occurred"). It happened while he had a lead record open.
The timeline closed abruptly then came back a few minutes later.
