I’m trying to import additional details for existing accounts in Dynamics for Sales.
What I do :
But when i go, in this example, to "gebruik ERP" on the account Duck IT it is still empty.
""Gebruik ERP" in this case is a column on the account in Sales with the same name and the records given (BC and NAV) are also options in Sales.
Anyone that sees what I'm doing wrong here?
check your current duplicate detection rule for account. Another common issue when importing data from excel is when you have two columns with same display name on your target Entity.
In your case, have you tried by exporting to excel less columns and re- importing again?
Try by exporting only Accountnaam and Gebruik ERP and re-import the file again.
Keep me posted!

Sorry for my late response..
No it didn't work yet. I tried to export only Accountnaam and Gebruik ERP as you said but i still get the "partial failure".
When I import a completely new Account in this case, it does fill in the additional details at the new Account.
I don't see any strange duplicate detection rule for Account. Just rules for the same Names, Websites and emails.
