Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent is rewriting the way we view HR technology. Talent has been designed to support the entire employee lifecycle and is full of capability to automate and simplify steps for your HR team.
One of Talent’s strongest areas is the Attract module. This can be purchased individually or as part of the wider solution. Dynamics 365 for Talent enables you to build personalised experiences across all recruitment touchpoints, starting before candidates are even hired.
Talent allows you to transform your hiring experience by improving every step in the process. You can seek talent with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and through a simple streamlined integration between with Dynamics 365, import prospects straight into Talent.
You can also create a much shorter and intuitive application process, removing barriers to applying and supporting LinkedIn’s ‘Easy Apply’. The job portal capability is simple and easy to use and allows you to showcase your organisation and culture throughout the process. There are also plans to integrate Dynamics 365 for Talent with more job boards to make it even easier to post jobs.
Once the candidate has applied, they join a personalised workflow for this role, detailing each step of the application process, who is involved and what needs to happen to progress to the next stage. During this process the candidate can see their application’s progression in the job portal, keeping them engaged and up to date throughout the process. This process also allows for clear next steps and actions, making it easier to follow the process and ensure you never drop a candidate or miss a vital step. Each person from your organisation that is involved is notified when they have an action such as reviewing a CV and they are only engaged at stages which are relevant to them. When employees log in to Talent they will be greeted with a list of actions sitting with them, these can come with deadlines to keep things moving.
Interview scheduling has never been easier with Talent due to the integration with Office 365. This automatically gives candidates multiple interview slots based on real time calendar information, removing much of the admin and “to-ing and fro-ing” involved with setting up interviews. Gathering feedback and making an offer can all be arranged within Talent including through mobile devices.
Dynamics 365 for Talent is designed around your candidates and team to offer the best candidate experience while driving efficiencies across your team. The strong integration with LinkedIn allows you to harness the power of that platform in a simple and streamlined way. All of this paired with the intuitive experience prevents an opportunity to transform your recruitment approach.
