I am trying to set up compensation for a worker and not able to complete that task. I have the following things setup:
> Fixed Compensation Actions> Worker and Related Position> Fixed Compensation Plan
When I go to set up a compensation record for an employee, the Compensation Action and Position are showing up, but the "Fixed Compensation Plan" is not showing in the dropdown. I checked and the plan is set up.
I am not seeing why the "Fixed Compensation Plan" is not showing for the employee. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Have you setup the Eligibility rules? This form can be found in the setup area of the Compensation as well. This might be your missing link.
Or maybe the setup causes the Fixed plans to be hidden by specifying irrelevant Organization or Job details.

PLEASE can anyone tell me what Fixed Compensation Actions are?
I have searched but have not been able to find an example of what to enter into this mandatory field when setting up compensation.
"Fixed compensation action" is the Event on which you are changing the compensation.
For example, when an employee joined newly, the action is "New hire", after an year if his salary increased due to promotion, then the action is "Promotion". Similarly you can create many actions as per the need.
