Hi, I'm not able to delete sales order because there are related unposted transactions. Is there any way around this issue? How can I still delete the sales order? Thank you for your assistance! Julien
You can delete the sales order by code even if there is transactions not posted, Create a job and type the following
delete_from SalesLine where SalesLine.SalesId == "Your sales order Id";
delete_from SalesTable where SalesTable.SalesId == "Your sales order Id";
but ofcourse the better way is to track those unposted transactions and complete the posting then delete the sales order in normal way your choice.
Have you checked any open piking lists? This can block the delete action.
The Related un-posted transaction exists with the SalesParmTable and SalesLineTable. which can be deleted from the form Accounts Receivable -> Inquiries -> History -> Invoice Form. Search by the sales id and delete it.After that you are good to go.
