The general scenario of Dynamics AX 2012 for contractor in HR module is that it has been outsourced to the other company, but in my case our company is paying contractual employees directly (on company payroll) just like they pay and hire their employee via payroll and they need same process for contractual employees. I mean they want to pay and hire their contractual employee directly without any company.
so what will be the possible solutions ? my company also asked me to customize contractual worker process is it possible?
i need help regarding this issue as soon as possible.

First of all I would like to thank you and appreciate you for your help. Secondly my scenario is slightly different we do not have any contracts because our company has hired those people on contractual bases and our company want to treat their payroll as they treat their permanent employees.

It reads like that are not Contractors in the true sense, but Employees on an hourly or daily rate as opposed to a Salary.
If that is the case, why use the Contractor flag at all but instead segregate the Employees though either a Job record or one of the flags in the compensation values.
