I'm setting up MPOS and I stop at this error, I've tried to run full sync (all the jobs 9999) and tried to run Initialize commerce scheduler.

you are working with Demo Data (Dev Box ) or this is Production Environment? , Have you checked your store /pos configurations ?
Yes it is the Dev Box. I checked all configuratios with the instructions docs.microsoft.com but I can't find the problem.
I tryed your solution in other question but not solved a problem.
Do you have another suggestion?
Where is your Retail Server hosted - on the box you own? If so you can find out why RS fails in Event Viewer under Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer->Operational there will be warnings/errors.
