Hello Andy, could you please answer my below question Voiding AR invoice using the AR function
Problem, after voiding, the document amount and amount remaining doesn’t equal in Customer Inquiry.
2) Voiding a partial invoice – how to do this in GP?
Solution: For partial invoice, can cancel the partial amount using a credit note
