Security – Part 1 – Production Environment Access

After creating a new user via Microsoft 365 Admin Center, these are my observations:

• The user is by default added in the Security Group.
• No user role assigned to this user.
• User has access to only Default environment.

If i login with this user, and try to access make.powerapps.com, this is what i see

Now let’s try adding a role to the user

I’ll try with three different users and assign them with a separate user each: (Note that users are having D365 CE Plan)

SJ ==> Salesperson

KJ ==> Sales, Enterprise app access

DJ ==> Environment Maker
