In September 2024, Microsoft announced the end of support life for Microsoft Dynamics GP. As Microsoft continues innovating and investing in cloud solutions and technologies that help customers enhance productivity and streamline business processes, we are announcing updates to Dynamics GP (and Dynamics SL) product availability for Subscription and Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA).
End of Life Timeline for Subscription and SPLA
- April 30, 2031: End of Subscription Billing and use of product.
As previously announced:
- December 31, 2029: End of product enhancements, regulatory (tax) updates, service packs and technical support.
- April 30, 2031: End of security updates.
- April 1, 2025: No new customers for GP perpetual licenses.
- April 1, 2026: No new customers for GP subscription licenses.
We appreciate your continued support throughout our journey.
Microsoft Announcement
Note:
With the end-of-life announcement for Microsoft Dynamics GP, ongoing support will be provided to the best of our ability. While we will continue to do everything possible to assist, the level of support we can offer may no longer match the standards you've come to expect, as resources and updates for Dynamics GP become increasingly limited. Please know that your needs are important to us, and we are here to help guide you through this period of change with care and attention.

To maintain stability and avoid potential disruptions, we encourage organizations to begin planning their migration to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
