Microsoft Closes FieldOne Acquisition

We announced a month ago that Microsoft was acquiring FieldOne. Today I am pleased to announce that the acquisition is complete. FieldOne is now officially part of the Microsoft Dynamics family.

Since the initial news broke, we have been honored and overwhelmed by the positive support that has been shared – from customers, partners, and industry analysts. We are truly appreciative of the excitement that has served to further drive and inspire us as we move into this next chapter of creating innovative, powerful Field Service Management solutions with Microsoft.

We want to sincerely thank our customers and partners who, with their loyalty and support, have helped shape FieldOne Sky into the solution it is today. You are part of this journey with us and we look forward to continuing our very valued relationships and working with you to improve FieldOne Sky together.
