Fix Old Rollup Bug on Outlook

Several months ago I had a strange behavior on the Outlook client for CRM 2011. When disconnected, the CRM looked like UR6 even though UR17 was installed. Besides, the CRM was very buggy (Many error messages most often). While browsing online : no error, normal behavior.
I'm going straight to the end of the story : the IE cache wasn't cleared.
Indeed, the Outlook client use IE to render the CRM forms and for some reasons it keep the older version of the CRM assets (CSS, JS, etc.).
TL;DR
Clear the IE cache.
