Additional Lines Added to Page When Printing from Dynamics GP Web Client

Hello!

I was recently working with a customer that was getting additional lines in the header and footer of all reports that they were printing from the Dynamics GP Web Client when using Internet Explorer.

Below are a couple of examples of what you might see. The bottom image isn’t very clear, but you can see the title of the page in the left corner and the data in the right corner.

We found that if you make the following setting changes in Internet Explorer, you will no longer have the additional lines in your report:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click on Tools | Print | Page Setup

3. Your settings might look something like this initially

4. You will want to change them to the following settings, then go ahead and test.

This should remove the extra lines from your print job.
