Greenshades 1099 e-File Module

color_horizontal full

Tax season is upon us again, and the e-file deadline of March 31, 2016 is quickly approaching. Greenshades has announced its $250 discount on the Greenshades Center Federal 1099 e-file module, if purchased before the e-file deadline of March 31, 2016.

Greenshades Software modules directly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP to process 1099-MISC, DIV, INT, and PATR electronic tax returns. After creating the return, the Greenshades Center will upload the electronic report directly to the IRS. You can add the Greenshades Forms module to easily print vendor copies of 1099 forms. Or you could outsource the printing process, while maintaining the ability to reprint, edit, and correct your forms as needed.

Why Greenshades Software?

  • Easily create the electronic files required for submission to the IRS
  • Print recipient copies of your forms with the Greenshades Forms module
  • Easily manage multiple payment boxes and box minimums
  • Populate data from Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • No need to perform year-end closing routines in AP
  • Add and combine external payment information
  • Easily edit your 1099 fields before submitting
  • Automatically combine and roll-up multiple records for single vendors
  • Specialty 1099 form types, including most 1098 types
  • TIN matching available with the addition of the Greenshades Year-End Forms module
