- There are many language which can be enabled/disabled, Advantage of Online instance is if you use Outlook for CRM, you have to Download Language package manually and then you enable or disable as required.
- On CRM Online and CRM on premises, Languages are already available we just need to enable and disable where as in outlook language package are required to download
- Also in Outlook for CRM,
- In Dynamics 365 for Outlook, the user language settings only apply to Dynamics 365 for Outlook features, such as the user interface display of the Dynamics 365 menu, and don’t affect other areas of Microsoft Office Outlook. To display all of the Dynamics 365 for Outlook user interface or Help in multiple languages, you need to install one or more Microsoft OfficeLanguage Packs. First is Base Language you cannot change it, it is selected when you select your country during creating and instance.
Second is User interface language, which can be change but at this stage you will have only one option as English.
third is Help language , which can be change but at this stage you will have only one option as English.

- Now Enable one language, lets say Hindi

- It will take time(yes even one language will take time), but once language is enabled.
- Again go to Setting Icon > Option > language Tab > in User interface Language Dropdown there is one more language option which is Hindi.
