Diving right in

There is so much to cover with regards to CRM and the health industry. Just starting this first blog seemed a daunting task. Where to begin?

Obviously, this isn't all inclusive, but should give you a good idea of where our experiences lie.
 
Furthermore, we also intend to keep focus on key issues surrounding technology in healthcare. The core areas revolve around HIPAA, HL7, DICOM, and a few others.
 
Finally, you can expect to see more than just CRM specific technology info. Almost every robust set of client needs we've come across in this industry has needed more than traditional Line of Business (LOB) applications but has also needed collaboration systems (e.g., SharePoint Technologies), so we provide that too.
