As part of our continuous efforts to merge the Dynamics 365 Human Resources infrastructure into the Finance and Operations app infrastructure, you can no longer deploy a Dynamics 365 Human Resource trial environment. If you still have a Dynamics 365 Human Resources trial environment, your environment will be deprovisioned at the end of the trial period.
For prospective customers evaluating Human Resources capabilities on Dynamics 365, we recommend thath you work with a Microsoft partner for a demonstration or a proof of concept. Additionally, the Human Resources capabilities within Dynamics 365 can be reviewed using the Dynamics 365 Finance trial experience. Trial environments for Dynamics 365 Finance contain fictitious data that can be used to explore the Human Reosource features in a safe manner. Although a trial environment is owned by the user who requested it, other users can be invited through the system administration experience for Human Resources. In order to use the Human Resources features that are merged into the Finance and Operations app infrastructure you will need to enable the features in the Feature management workspace. You can use the following resources to learn more about the Feature management workspace and the release notes contain details about each feature included in the release.
It is important to remember that trial environments are not intended to be used as production environments. Dynamcis 365 Finance trials are limited to a 30-day trial period. When the trial period expires, the environment and all the data that's in it is deleted and cannot be recovered. The environment cannot be converted to a sandbox or production environment.
