Time tracking solutions vendor Journyxannounced it has acquired Acumen Data Systems.

Acumen specializes in time and attendance solutions for payroll needs with biometric interfaces and configurable timekeeping rules.

The merger of Journyx and Acumen gives the organization the ability to serve their clients with project-oriented cost accounting, complex payroll solutions, and the latest time clocks that rely on biometric, badge, mobile, geofencing, and other technologies, the company stated.
