Unified Interface Apps in D365 Customer Engagement

Did you experience the new Unified Interface in D365 Customer Engagement 9.x? The new Unified Interface framework is available for the OOB D365 modules, Dynamics 365 for phones and Dynamics 365 for tablets, and Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. Unified Interface is also available in the App Designer so that customizers can build app modules using this new look and feel. 

When you create trail organization, you will default get the new apps:

In case if you are not able to see the new apps in D365, you can install the below solutions from the admin portal:

• Customer Service Hub: For "Customer Service Hub"
• Dynamics 365 Sales Application: For "Sales" and "Sales Hub"
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service Application: For "Customer Service"
