In addition to having an active channel agreement with Microsoft (e.g., SPA), all channel partners who wish to sell licenses to, or create and/or resell localizations and/or translations of, Microsoft Dynamics software in any country* for which Microsoft has not created, and does not make generally available, a localized and/or translated version of the below applications (Non-MS GA Region) must have a signed MPLLA on file with Microsoft.
