Last week, 69 Twin Cities Microsoft Dynamics CRM gurus met at the Microsoft office in Edina, MN, for the quarterly meeting of the CRMUG Minnesota Regional Chapter.  The energy level in the room was high and the exchange of knowledge between CRM Users – both formally and informally – was invigorating and inspiring!

Featured content was outstanding:

  • Gretchen Mann from PowerObjects enlightened all of us on how to leverage Dynamics CRM for Marketing purposes. If anyone thinks for a minute that Marketing in Dynamics CRM is ‘light’ – think again! Gretchen did a great job setting expectations of the value Dynamics CRM can bring to Marketers so that they spend LESS time justifying the ROI of their campaigns and MORE time strategically impacting the target market.
  • Amanda Klein from N’Compass followed Gretchen with real-world reflections on how she leverages CRM to enhance their 10,000 relationships.
  • Biplap Mandal of PowerObjects entertained and educated us on best practices for ensuring user adoption. Excellent guidance for every company!
  • HealthPartners followed with Freda profiling their rollout of CRM in their CARS project – a true model of best practices, I think they did everything right!  So fun to hear.

Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to yet another successful CRMUG Regional Chapter meeting in Minnesota!
