We have a few issues editing email templates in CRM and we are just about getting by. A big discovery was that you could edit a hyperlink by selecting the hyperlinked text and pressing CTRL + K on the keyboard, to bring up a pop-up where you can edit the hyperlink.
The issue we have now is that we would like to edit the path (src) of many images within many email templates. Is there such a shortcut described above for images?
I knew of CTRL + K, because it's been around MS products for a while and I just tried and it worked. A link to a guide of shortcuts with reference to CRM email template editing tasks would also be quite handy.
I am not aware of any shortcuts within CRM for this. However, these are Word templates but I am not aware of a shortcut there either.
