Work Hours tab calendar not rendering until browser refresh

When accessing the Work Hours tab under Resources in Dynamics 365 Field Service, the tab loads but the calendar section itself is blank (no HTML calendar control is displayed).

  • The CRM page and tabs render normally.

  • The Work Hours tab exists, but the calendar control does not appear.

  • Clicking the browser’s refresh button causes the calendar to render correctly.

  • After refreshing once, the calendar displays properly for all other resources during the same session.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to Dynamics 365 Field Service.

  2. Navigate to Resources > select a record > Work Hours tab.

  3. Observe that the calendar section is blank (no HTML calendar control).

  4. Refresh the browser.

  5. Calendar loads correctly and continues to work for other resources.

Expected behavior:
The Work Hours calendar should render immediately on first access without requiring a browser refresh.

Environment details:

  • Dynamics 365 Field Service version: 9.2.25111.172

  • Browser: anything (edge, chrome - as long as incognito/cleared cache to simulate 1st time accessing the page)

  • User role/permissions: minimum is dispatcher? technicians tend to have lower access

Question:
Is this a known rendering issue with the Work Hours tab calendar control? Are there recommended fixes or patches to ensure the calendar HTML loads correctly on first access?
