When one of our users sign in to CRM Online they are getting a "Pending Email Warning" . We use CRM Online with CRM Outlook Integration. I have cleared all emails in thte end users Outbox and I have removed Sync Profile and reinstalled. The error continues. Any ideas?
This notification might be because someone has sent an email through the web interface but it has not yet been downloaded and sent via Outlook. You need to look at the 'Pending' email view to see the emails that are in the 'Pending Send' status.
