So now that I have rolled out the iPad app, I need to create dashboards for Service and Marketing. How do I do this?
Currently the tablet apps only show the Sale Dashboard - in CRM2015 you will be able to use custom dashboards.

Disappointing but thanks for the info Scott. As a workaround, I'm just 'pinning' things a Service person might need to the Dashboard.
Also, there is nothing stopping you completely customising the Sales dashboard to add what you need for Marketing / Service, but of course it is pretty limiting having only 6 components to use (by default).
