I need to integration work on. Ms-CRM with OIM(Oracle Identity Management) By using webservices.
These are the doubt over this integration:
• What is its user store, where is the information stored?
• If it is having its own user repository , understand its usermanagement and authentication and authorization requirements of it.
• If CRM is exposing the webservices for the USER Operations like (Create/Updated/Reconcile/Delete) , take the sample payload for the webservices for all the operations from the CRM team. Gather the information how to authenticate to that webservice, and the various responses it can give for Create/Modify/Delete operations.
